Hotel Help

Has anyone stayed at or dealt with either of the following hotels:

Hilton Garden Inn (Veterans Memorial Highway) in
Ronkonkoma

OR

Hampton Inn (Veterans Memorial Highway) in Islandia

Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks!

DH and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn a few times before we had our own place, when we needed to get away and we loved it! It wasn't built too long ago, so the building and the rooms still seem like brand new and the staff is really friendly, plus the food is delicious! We usually got the package that included breakfast the following morning, because it was so good.

Thanks for the input! I'm looking for hotels for my OOT guests, and this is one of the hotels I'm considering. I wanted to get some real world feedback.

I booked my room blocks with Marriot in Islandia and also with Radison in Farmingville. Both gave me the best rates out of all the hotels I called.

Marriott Islandia gets my vote too. Its right around the corner from the hampton inn. I found the marriott to be prettier than the hampton inn and they both gave me the same quote for room blocks. It might be worth the look.

I am actually in the same predicament... Islandia Marriott or Hampton Inn Islandia... Here's the difference:

Marriott has no shuttle, no breakfast included and it's $10 more a night. (10 bucks... not a big deal)

Hampton Inn is literally in the midst of bringing back the shuttle. She's calling me with an answer next week. This includes a 55 person shuttle for free! And breakfast is included for free too...
