Hotel Help...
So yesterday was the day that the hotel book was being held till... so I reminded last min family and friends to make sure they had their reservations... well this morning future brother in laws call to make their reservations and they are told that the whole hotel is sold out unless they want to rent for more then the one night!!! First off my hold ended at midnight and I had 9 rooms left on hold... so they booked all 9 in a few hours? I don't get that!! Plus how are they booked but they can rent them friday and saturday, just not saturday? Now I have to go up there and speak to the manager... I have 31 rooms booked. Ugh!
