Hey! I am getting a hospitality room for in between the ceremony and recepetion and the hotel next to my hall. How would I let my guests know about it. Do you think I should include alittle card in the invite or put it on the bottom of the program?
I think at the bottom of the program would be good and then the guest who do not read the program will likely hear it from someone else
We included that in our program as well.
I was going to do that but the hotel needs a count of people as close as I can.
