I really have no OOT guests. I have 1 cousin in Indiana and not even sure if she is coming and another in Pennsylvania who has told me they will want to stay in a hotel. Now I really dont need to block rooms. But should I reserve 1 room for that cousin or should I leave it up to her?

I would leave it up to her but I would provide her with some hotel suggestions that are close.

i think you should get a hotel block actually ... you'll get better rates that way ...
plus, if you have any older people who are coming, they might want to stay in te hotel. My grandparents live out east and don't want to drive so early (morning wedding) so they'll be spending the night in the hotel block.
Also, getting a hotel block is free so i don't see the harm
