Hotel rates!!!

So I called a bunch of hotels by the WM yesterday(boss was out) and the cheapest was around $149.......

I was like WOW!!! I thought it would be about 100, but I'm worry if it going to too much for people...

All of our GMs are from out of town, and then some family...

Do you ladies think this is high???

I was surprised at the hotel rates too. Sometimes you can negotiate with them, and tell them another hotel gave you a cheaper price and ask if they will match it.

I think anything under $150 is pretty fair though.

I got $149 too. In this economy its tough. However, they have to realize this is Long Island. Thats the going rate.

compared to my 219 no but i dont have any oot guests so its just for close friends n family and they r going to share rooms so it wasnt that bad

I'm just so bad at it, I want FH to do it!!!

I feel like mine were 269 each for the EW and 209 for the holiday inn...it's nuts!

I was quoted $169!

yea i told them it was that or sleep on the streets and well they had to except for one but we got him a sleeping bag
