Hi everyone - sorry so many posts - since I have changed my date I am just so excited to get everything booked!
We are getting married at the North Ritz and checked out the Inn at Fox Hollow and were not thrilled. We are not leaving for our honeymoon until sunday and we are getting married on a friday night. So we wanted to stay at the same hotel as some of our guests and then have a brunch there the next day.
Any suggestions? Where is everyone booking? We also do not want something too far away from our reception hall..

we used the melville marriot on 110 and the huntington hilton is right there too! not that far! also I think there is a sheraton or something in plainview which also wouldt be far

We also looked at the Four Points Sheraton and liked it a lot .... but needed more activities for our OOT guests who have kids (like an indoor pool).

Awesome - we are also only about a month apart - how in love are you with the NR? My friend got married there two years ago and i was in her wedding party - told her that night if I ever got married, NR was the place!

Hey there..we booked with huntington hilton after we looked at ALL local hotels and found it was the most organized place in the area..good luck!

we're having our reception at the woodbury country club and blocked rooms at the executive inn. they provide a free shuttle for the guests to and from the RH.

Friends of ours got married in the area and we stayed at the Homewood Suites in Melville (it's across from the Four Points Sheraton). They were really nice!
