Could you tell me how much you were quoted per room and which hotel are you using? Also, are they giving you a break on the bridal suite? Thanks!!

$139 a night at the Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge. Includes free breakfast and a shuttle to our ceremony/reception. (We looked at other hotels which were cheaper, but rooms weren't as nice and didn't have breakfast included. Our wedding starts early, so we thought that was important.)

$99.00 a room at the Marriott Melville- but this is for January- room rates vary depending upon time of year.

$159 at the LI MArriot ( it is on a holiday weekend)
we are also using a vendor that the LI Marriot uses to do our welcome boxes for the rooms.
All I have to say is that they came out awesome!!! Very worth the money and they deliver them to the hotel!!!

119 and 129 for the Best Western Woodbury Inn...we aren't staying there so we didn't ask.
We also got 149 for the Huntington Hilton, and they would have given us a bridal room free, but we aren't staying there either.

$169 for the Best Western in Riverhead for May. Im sure it would be A LOT cheaper if there were another hotel in the area but since its one of the only ones its SOOO expensive (a reg. weekend night there is $229!!)

We had $109 at the Holiday Inn at PLainview and $179 for the Inn at Fox Hollow. The gave us a deal on the Bridal Suite at the Inn, too. We LOVED it there!

$189 at danfords. unfortunately there aren't too many hotels near my reception hall. but if guests stay at danfords we are providing a shuttle and a brunch the next morning. i also suggested other hotels near there, but did not block rooms at the other ones.

For those using the Marriott in Uniondale, we did as well and the price was 159.00 also. A friend who wasn't sure about staying or not decided to stay and booked 2 days before the wedding and got 139.00 per night. I would call and see if you can get them down a bit. We found out after and were a little miffed about that

The Inn at Fox Hollow is $189 per night and the BEst Western in Woodbury is $109.

Harrison House, Glen Cove: Special rate b/c we're having our wedding there: $159-179 (depends on type of room) for our guests. We got the suite (normally $400-500) for free for two nights.
