hotel room to get ready?

My house is way to busy and crowded between the dogs and all the stuff my mom has around, i really dont even want pictures inside at all even though my yard is gorgeous but I was thinking of maybe getting a hotel room for me and the girls to get reay that morning, anyone else doing this? I wonder it i got the same place that we plan on staying at for the wedding night if they would give me a good deal?

Re: hotel room to get ready?

I'm not planning on doing this. I'll be staying at my parents. I think they are actually looking forward to my last 'sleepover' night as a single girl in their home. In some ways I have a feeling it'll be a little emotional for us all!

Re: hotel room to get ready?

I'm staying @ the Marriot Residence Inn with My Mom & Aunt. It's an apartment suite so it's pretty big. It was about $240p/night I think. My Fi & FMIL & stepdaughter will be getting ready @ our house.
I'm not having pics taken @ the hotel but my photograpger offered to come there.
There are a few big hotels in hauppauge that might work for you.

Re: hotel room to get ready?

I am getting ready at the hotel too, staying over the night before, and staying there for our wedding night but not getting a deal, oh and booked a block of rooms for guests. But every hotel is different, they did say they might upgrade us the night of our wedding though.

Re: hotel room to get ready?

I am staying at home the night before, but going to the hotel early that morning to get ready. Since my FH is staying at the hotel the night before, we will already have a room there so I didn't ned to request early check-in or anything. Unless you are staying there the night before, I don't think they will charge you more, most hotels can accomadate early check-in depending on how booked they are the night before.
