Can you please tell me if your hotel provided a shuttle and what hotel your guests stayed at. Was there a minimum requirement of the # of guests too.
Thank you :)

Re: Hotel Shuttle
We went with the Wingate by Wyndham in Brentwood, and they provided shuttle service.
Our room rate was $109.00 a night and we ended up getting the 2 suites for free (we just paid for a standard room for my brother)
we had about 20 guests get rooms, and we were given 4 shuttle trips

Re: Hotel Shuttle
Hilton Garden Inn in Melville (although it's really Plainview). $119 a night and if we booked all 40 reservered rooms we get a free shuttle. We can rent the shuttle for $300 if we don't meet the 40 rooms. We have a 50% guarantee (we're already at 13 rooms and the invites haven't even gone out yet!) and we get comped the bridal suite if we book 25 rooms. But we get a bridal suite at the Fox Hollow Inn, so we're using that another night.

Re: Hotel Shuttle
We looked at the Huntington Hilton and Melville Marriott and the Hilton charged $475 for the shuttle and the Marriott didn't offer one.

Re: Hotel Shuttle
I'm getting married in NJ, so we booked at a local Hilton near our hall. The minimum required to get the shuttle was 10 rooms. We ended up having 41 rooms booked, so they are giving us shuttle service for 100 people. We also got a complimentary bridal suite.

Re: Hotel Shuttle
We blocked rooms at the Courtyard Marriot in Farmingdale. When you get 10 rooms booked, you get the shuttle service free of charge and with 15 rooms booked you get your room for the night free. They also give you a great discount on the Suite for the night and if you get the 15 rooms booked it's even cheaper.
