Hotel Shuttles

Hey Ladies!
I need large shuttles or coach buses(no need to be fancy) to shuttle guests from hotel to venue. There will be around 200 guests staying over. I'm thinking two 50 passenger coach buses. I got some quotes around 2500. Anyone find good prices? Quotes please !!

Hotel Shuttles - Long Island Weddings

I'm using a school bus and they'll do unlimited runs all night for $500! It's not as nice but since I'm a teacher, I figured it was appropriate. I just have to be on top of them about making sure it's cleaned beforehand so no one sits on gum lol

Hotel Shuttles - Long Island Weddings

We are starting to delve into this area. I got a price list from Winston transportation that supposedly had good deals for vans BC they work with the hotel we were using. They give you a list for the cost of the surrounding venues. My venue is legit 10 minutes away and they charge the same price for the same service to Flowerfield as they do to Giorgio's, which is 45 minutes away! That was all I had checked out but I was so discouraged!

What bus company did you use! That's a great quote. I have not found anything close to that!
