Hotel vent!
I called the Vianna today to ask if I could take photos in the hotel for my wedding. Her first question was 'what time is your wedding, oh 4:30, well you know you can't check in before that.'
I told her I understood and wanted to get a suit between my ceremony and my reception. That I would like to take pictures and in the reception and the room.she put me on hold for a long time...then... She said ' well have you seen our reception, you know it's very small. ' then she continued ' you are allowed to take photos but we have the right to ask you to leave.'
What the f! What kind of customer service is that. That really makes me want to drop $500 for two nights.
