Can anyone recommend or provide feedback for hotels that are clean and updated to stay at for the night of my wedding?? I am getting married at the Carltun in Eisenhower Park and would like to stay at something within that area (Garden City-ish area)

We blocked 40 rooms at The Marriott in Uniondale. They were very easy to deal with.

LaQuinta (formerly Wingate) is on Stewart Avenue. Also the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hampton Inn are both right off of Old Country Road. All three hotels are really nice and they're very close to Eisenhower Park.

I got ready at the Hampton Inn in Garden City. The room was huge and the price was great. They also have a daily contenental breakfast and a sitting area w/a TV along w/a room with 4 internet computers. You should definitely check them out.

We're going Saturday to check out a few hotels in the area to see who can offer us the best deal. We're also hosting a large breakfast the next morning so we need to see who can accomodate us.
