Hotels

Where is everyone reserving hotels for OOT guests? I called a few places recommended by the WM and some are already sold out! YIKES! I guess I'm a bit behind!

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

I reserved rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in Westbury 6 months ahead of time, call Nadine Cardaio shes the manager there.

I blocked rooms, but ended up not having any guests use them. They released them a few weeks before. Just make sure, sometimes in the fine print they hold you to a minimum amount of reservations where you have to pay the difference if it's not met.

Good to know...I have a few more places to call but so far I have one place that still has availbility.... Is Huntington too far from Westbury? Would you ask your guests to travel that far?
