So I was looking into Hotels near the Swan club for my guest to stay at. Unfortunately. niether of the two recommended Hotels (Roslyn Clarmont and the Glen Cove Mansion) provide shuttle service. I was wondering if anyone new of a hotel by one of the larger chains (Sheraton, Marriott, Crown Plaza) near by that would possibly provide a shuttle.

I do remember that Four Points Sheraton in Plainview attended their bridal expo. I know for sure they caught my eye for something, but I really forget what it was...sorry have a bad memory.....but you can definitely call them for more info. The rooms are very nice.

The Four Point offers shuttle service. The kicker is that they want $650 for the service, two hours before your ceremony and two after after for shuttling.

try la quinta in garden city.... i think thats where im going to tell guests to go anyways.... i love the 4 points but i think its just a tad too far from the hall

Agreed. Plainview is a great hotel, but the shuttle is about 20 minutes each way. that means it will probably only make 2 trips in 2 hours when you count the time it need to load and unload people.
Also - some limo companies provide shuttle service. pehaps see if they are willing to negotiate the rental of a shuttle bus for an hour in order for you to be able to use the closer hotels.

I dont think there is anything close than those two. I feel like everything else is like half an hour drive away!
