Hotels for OOT guests that aren't

Outrageously expensive? I called the Hampden Inn in RVC thinking they'd be reasonable. Turns out the GC Hotel is only $10 more and it's the most expensive LI hotel I knew of. Any other suggestions? We're going to be in the RVC/Oceanside area for everything so we're limited. There aren't that many hotels on the South Shore.
