Hi - I'm not sure yet, but we're thinking about getting married at Timber Point CC. Does anyone know of a hotel near here for our out of town guests to stay at??

Re: Hotels in Great River
We are using the Courtyard Marriott in Ronkonkoma (on the LIE) for our OOT guests as well are our wedding night/night before stay... they have a bar for the afterparty too!
its only 15 min away and we most likely are doing the shuttle for everyone..

True Holiday inn is closer (by about 5 min) but its the exact same price to block and has less 'stuff'
Good luck!

yes, I did. I love it!! It's definitely along the lines of what I'm looking for. I haven't made up my mind yet, but it's definitely a top contender.

We looked at Timber POint before we went with WSCC...I think the closest hotels are close to both TP and WSCC...try the Hilton Garden Inn by MacArthur Airport, Hampton Inn at exit 57, Lands End has a motel on the water in Sayville, too. FM me if you'd like prices.

Re: Hotels in Great River
We're getting married at The Riverview which is just across the river from Timberpoint CC, in Oakdale. Our hotel blocks are at the Holiday Inn and Hilton Garden Inn, both on Vets.
There is also a brand new hotel that should be open by now just outside the airport entrance. La Quinta Inn and Suites. It was not even done being built when I sent out our save the dates so I do not have any info on it.

Re: Hotels in Great River
I had my reception at the Snapper Inn in Oakdale (not far from Timber Point) and my guests stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on Vets Highway in Ronkonkoma. It was only about 10 minute drive or so. And I highly recommend it...the hotel is less than 2 years old and very nice. I stayed there the night before the wedding.
