Hi! I've been to Paris twice for work and wouldn't exactly 'recommend' either hotel - Paris is tricky - expensive and wrought with nasty hotels!! This is our first stop on our honeymoon and we are staying at the Hotel Mansart. Google it - it got good reviews on tripadvisor, is reasonably priced (we didn't want to break the bank here) and is in a good location for us (Opera).

I stayed at the Hotel Lutetia when I went. I highly recommend it, but it is expensive (the trip was a gift...long story). It was the hotel in the finale of Sex and the City, and the hotel the Germans used as their base of operations during WWII, so it's got some dubious history, but it's gorgeous.
