Hotels Near Hamlet Willow Creek?

My BIL is getting married in Oct and my DS (who will be 6.5 mo) is not invited. So we have the dilemma of what to do. We live about 1 hour from the Hamlet willow creek so a babysitter in our house is out of the question.
MIL offered to pay for a hotel room so a babysitter could watch DS. However, the hotel the couple recommend is a good 30 mins away, plus check in is one hour before the wedding (I assume most would be though - the wedding is at 4 p.m.) We don't have a babysitter I'd totally trust to watch him, esp. stuck in a hotel room. but we'd leave right after cake, so hopefully it won't be much more than 4 hours. I really want to go, so we're trying to weigh all the options and make it work![]()
LONG STORY SHORT.... Are there any decent not expensive hotels closer, like no more than 10 mins?
