Hotels Night of the Wedding

Hotels Night of the Wedding

Is anyone/Did anyone not get a hotel room the night of the wedding? The more I think about it, it seems like a wasted expense. And all of our friends are coming back this way to party after, so I was thinking of coming back towards home to hang out with everyone (if we have the energy). But at the same time I feel like I'm missing out on something.

we are staying at the fox hollow but we are not going on a honeymoon until next year. I guess it depends on your preference.

We are not staying at a hotel. It just wasn't worth it! We are flying out for our honeymoon at 5:45 AM the next day, so it just didn't make any sense to stay in a hotel room for 2 hours....

If you think it is a wasted expense, go with your gut feeling. With all the money being spent, it is easy to get into the mindset of $200 here, $200 there. There is nothing wrong with not staying in a hotel that night.
