fh and i are starting to look at houses.. apartment life is beginning to become very crampy for us..why am i soooo scared????? (oh yeah im scared about all this money) did/ does anyone else feel like i do when they bought a house? is this normal... im feeling very sick right now

totally normal! its the largest purchase you'll ever make!

I dont think I ate a thing from contracts to closing.

once its all over, its totally worth it!

It is very scary its a big deal thats something you cant make a mistake with there are so many details that need to be covered and could be very overwhelming but try to enjoy it

We're in the process and it's totally stressing me out! I'm not sure we can do it but, everyone seems to tell me they felt that way!

We are going through that right now. We are in the middle of planning our wedding and buying a house. Honestly, I don't know how we are doing this. It is very stressful and scary!!

Both of my parents lost their jobs when they first moved into our house 25 years ago and they were able to manage it. I'm in contract right now and am worried but excited too. I think you will be fine!

We too are planning a wedding and buying a house but what makes it even more stressfull is that we are having our home built so between builders, contracters agents and the finance person it is crazy.

I feel the same way.Everytime FH brings up the word house to me I start to get sick. I think it is extremly stressful.

'll be going down that same road too soon with fh. I am so nervous aboput the whole thing too. When one thing gets done, it's another right away. Ahhh.

this is TOTALLY NORMAL. As new homeowners....we still get naucious about it every night.
Just remember that if you have the ability to do it, the sooner the better b/c it is the BEST investment you can possibly make! You will build equity for the rest of your life with it, make money on it, and live in it!
We were so sick about this....sometimes still are....but have absolutely NO regrets!

I agree with everyone else. We're sort of going through this now and I went from excited to worried as to how we'll handle all the bills or if anything comes up but I know in the long run it will be a smart decision.

completley normal. Last week when i was signing loan papers i took a deep breath b4 faxing them back to my broker and got a little panicy. Then i thought about it an said its worth it. Dont worry in th long run u will see that a house of ur own rather than paying rent will be sooooooooooo worth it.
