HOUSE!!!

Soooo after what feels like forever, we put our first offer ever on a house that we LOVE!! We definitely low-balled and hope that they will counter-us and not completely not want to work with us because the house is definitely older and needs a LOT of work but the location is PERFECT!!! Pleaseeeeeeee send the famous LIW good vibes for us!! I posted on my facebook that I feel like this anticipation is like Christmas Eve - I have like ADD checking my Blackberry like crazy hoping that I missed a call from their Real Estate agent.

Also girls, have a great time today at the get together.
I have a bridal shower at the Inn at New Hyde Park so I will report back later with a mini review and hopefully some good news!!!!
