House Closing Gift?

My sister and BIL are closing this afternoon on their first home and we are all very excited for them. I wanted to get them a little something as a congrats. Something small, cute, fun, etc. but not a lot of money since I already got them 'housewarming' gifts for when they move in (sometime next week). Any ideas? Thanks.

quite honestly? the best gift (to me) would be a gift certificate to home depot, bed bath and beyond etc! i know its not creative but i am sure they will be excited and want to go out shopping!

What about a house number sign with there name, or a welcome wreath for there door.

On my move-in day... I got a potted mum, a fire-starter kit (they knew we would have a fireplace), some booze (which inspired a mini-party) and a coffee maker from our registry.

Since you already got them a housewarming gift I would get them either a bottle of champagne or address labels.

i would give them a basket with all kinds of cleaning supplies because no matter what shape the house is in its never clean enough.
