So youre gonna have to do a LOT of background checks on any houses you decide to move into!! Im sure a lot of houses were homes to many failed marriages!

def check it out...if they price is right go for it!!! a house isnt going to break up your marriage or keep you together...you and FH decide your fate...not a 'cursed' house...JMO

Its never a house thats cursed, its the good or bad energy that people who live there put out into it.
Fh and bought a hone 1 1/2 ago and it was from a young man who's wife was killed (runned over) while joggong one morning before work. But instead of feeling negative energy and a bad vibe in the house....I almost felt a lot of love was left in that house...b/c he had such good memories of being together with here there, if that makes any sense.

we are not worried too much about divorce. we are more about someone that died in the house or on the front lawn or something like that. real estate agents do have to disclose if someone died in the house.
