This was my grandma's and granpa's house. It is a great house for adding on, starter home, great school district. Fireplace, seperate garage. Nice neighborhood. And is in a fantastic location to Sunrsie hwy, 112.

We hate to sell it but we need to. Would love for someone on the boards to buy it.
