HOUSE FOR SALE!

Hope it's ok to put this here, I also posted on NWR side, thanks!

Hi ladies! as some of you know we closed on our house in North Bellmore in April and have decided to sell it and move to Suffolk County. If anyone is interested in the house please FM and I will give you the name and phone number to our broker, thanks!!

FOR SALE
3 bedroom ranch, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms (1/2 bath in Master bedroom, eat in kitchen, LR/DR fireplace, big unfinished basement with custom cedar closet, new paint and brand new wall to wall carpet throughout the house (light beige). Just landscaped and looks really pretty, attached one car garage, excellent school district, available now.

Camille, we just moved to the Smithtown/St James area too. Good luck w/your house search...there is a home for sale right around the corner, listed by Century21. I can drive by to ge tthe number for you, if you'd like.

My mom also lives on the Smithtown/St.James border in a great neigborhood so i'll see if there is any homes for sale by her.
