House for sale in Huntington, SD 6

My neighbor's house just went up for sale today, so I'd thought I throw it out there:

3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, 1 Half Bath
Lot Size: 0.80

It's property # *875467 at the Daniel Gale website if you're interested in more detail. (It's still an exclusive, so you won't find it on the other real estate websites yet.)

I'm not going to lie, it needs a lot of work/updating.

pics not working

$910K????? That needs 'Tender loving care will bring this wonderful home to its fullest potential'?????

YOWZA ...

Would you believe that house sold in a week!?! (A coworker's friends are buying it, so she gave me the scoop. )

In case anybody is interested...

There's another home for sale on my street, they just listed with Coldwell Banker.

Another house For Sale in the same neighborhood, next street over:

(click on pic for details)

One of my favorite homes is listed too:

It's a few blocks over, but they're in the Huntington SD (SD #3).

sorry, but how how how can people afford these????????? bless them if they can. they know some secret i don't or never will know.

My sister lives next to the white house. It is amazing!!!

I don't know how they do it either. Most of the folks that I've seen move into the neighborhood have been a bit older (40s) w/multiple children.

Believe me, I'm always asking my DH the same exact question!!!
