So me and FH went house hunting again this weekend!!! And we found one we both love!!!!! We want to bring our parents back to see it and make sure all is ok. We did see a few things we have ??? about but hopefully!!!!!

We just started to look about 1 month ago. So we got lucky I guess. But were not sure if we should continue to look or make an offer. Cause we don't wanna rush into anything. But we love it!!!!

Dont worry if it seems quick, we looked for 3 weekends til we found our house. Honestly it felt like forever. lol
Our real estate told us, its good to try to make a decision so we didnt become professional lookers

I didn't want that either to be spending all our free weekends looking. So hopefully we make a decision.

that's us!!! FH wants to buy sooner than later, I'd rather put more $$ down, but w/ the issue w/ a necissity like heat this morning, I;m suddenly all for sooner

look online and then when you find some you like contact an agent with the MLS #'s of the ones you like. Thats where I have been getting all mine from. I check out the MLS sites.

I just wrote a huge reply and LIW made me log in again so I lost the whole thing
You are so lucky that you found a house so quickly. It took FH and I almost 2 years of on and off looking to find a house. And only within this past week we found one and the offer was accepted and we're now starting the buying process.
If it's your dream home then I say make an offer, you don't want it to slip through your fingers. But some useful information that you should take into account is we made about 20 offers on houses before an offer was accepted. So just incase this one doesn't go well just remember there still are A LOT of houses out there...just remember it's a buyers market right now.
I learned alot through this whole process so far, it's very scary and stressful but if you have any questions or need advice on anything feel free to FM me. I'd love to help you if as best as I could
