House hunting advice....

Soooo next time FH and I buy a house we will do so in the SUMMER months. When you buy a house in the winter your neighbors are all holed up in their houses staying warm and avoiding the cold....when you move in during the winter it seems nice and quiet and the neighbors help you dig your car out of the snow and they snowblow your driveway because you're new... BUT the second the weather turns they ALLLLL come outside... kids are SCREAMING, the dude next door runs his crazy load motorcycle for hours on end (WHAT THE EFFF IS HE DOING BACK THERE) and they sit outside at night blasting terrible music and yelling, their kids and pets are in your yard because you haven't had a chance to put a fence up and they used to play with the kid that lived here and they still think it is ok to come by....

So that being said... look for a house when it's warm out...

if i lived in your house.. id be in the jacuzzi upstairs alllll year round.. no sympathy from me.

oy that doesnt sound like fun. But i do agree with barb...your house is siiiick so i dont feel soooo bad
