Every time I find something I like, theres already an accepted bid on it, or its in contract! I wish they would post that on the web sites
Im so SICK of wasting my time!!
So, Anyway I found my DREAM house (im my budget of course ) and my agent is going to call me back and tell me the status.
Im keeping my fingers crossed!
If you already have a house - how long did it take you to find it?

That;s awesone, I hope it works out.
We were not really seriously looking (If that makes sense) On weekends we would go to open houses just for fun and we came across the perfect house. Luckily, it was the only house we had to make a bid on , everything worked out perfectly.

I started looking in November. I knew I wanted to be in Sayville or Bayport so it narrowed my time down a bit. I looked at about 5 houses before finding the one I am in now just before Christmas!
Then it was back and forth with the owner for a bit... we bid 60K less than asking. Finally we came to an aggreement and went to contract in January.

OH MY! I may have just found it!! I LOVE it!!
I wouldnt change a thing except put a higher fence up (Its a chain link) and maybe build on to the deck one day, but otherwise its awesome!!!!
Now Im keeping my fingers crossed noone else buys it first there were other people there checking it out and it just went on the market yesterday!

We started looking in November and we just finally found one we like. It took us so long though because there weren't many houses in our price range that would have worked for us. I know how frustrating it is to see a house you think will be perfect, just to find out it's already in contract. Good luck to you though! Hang in there, you'll find your house!

We are in the same boat. We found a house we loved and then found out it needed an additional $75000 worth of work.
