So jealous!!! FH and I have to wait til my doctoral program is over...like 5 more yrs prob and then we're heading to the Carolinas as fast as we can! I am always so stunned to see what we can get down there for an amazing price. Here in my area of PA, house prices are still so high!

Dear friends of ours are moving to N Carolins soon, they just put there house on the market, then my DD's friend is moving to FL after this school year! Seems everyone is leaving again!
