Re: House in lindenhurst

You can find a 2 br house in Lindenhurst from low to upper 300's... I would say average, from looking at MLSLI, with that size property would be like $330 - $350.
What school district are you looking in? I think there are two that Lindenhurst is attached to. If its Lindenhurst Schools I believe it is more expensive.

Re: House in lindenhurst

In lindenhurst for 2 bedrooms I would venture to guess it would be in the mid-high 200s, depending on the area. I grew up in lindenhurst and houses in my parents area 3 beds 2 baths have gone for 280-370K. (the 280 one needed extensive work) In their area the properties are about 60-80 x 100.

There is only one PUBLIC school district in Lindenhurst, however some areas which border Copaigue do go to the copaigue school district.
