House in Northport/E. Northport $474k
I just wanted to pass this along to you all, home in E. Northport/ Northport area. This is my parent's neighborhood (actually its the same exact style house I grew up in), not a busy street, close to the Northport LIRR station and also Northport Village.
I know the family is looking for a quick sell because of a death in the family. They are asking $474k I'm sure that's not firm.
Here is the linnk: House on Selden Drive
I would buy it if we didn't already have a house 2 minutes away.![]()
It's bigger than it looks and has a full finished basement too.
