Aren't they pretty??
Well we closed yesterday on the land and we have all of our building permits in place, so our house will be here in about 4-6 weeks (its a modular)!!! Can't wait to walk in the door!

Oh believe me... we've gotten so many bottles of champagne lately that the first night we're in the house, we'll be having people over for champagne and pizza (since you know i don't cook)!
Then we'll be having BBQ's all the time in the summer. Well that is, once we get a BBQ. Oh and a deck helps and some grass would be nice too! Lets just say that it's going to be a work in progress!

Pretty much this is the same house... but our house will be greyish with black shutters and we'll have a big porch on it (with a black roof).

Its such a beautiful house. WHat exactly makes a modular home modular? I've never heard of it but I like it!
