House of Brides

I went to the house of brides website and was wowed by their prices. Has anyone dealt with them. I am just wondering about their service and reliability.

I've heard good things about them and I was going to order my BM dresses from there, but I waited too long. They said they couldn't guarantee them in under 16 weeks and that would have been the week of my wedding. We wound up ordering them from RK Bridal's no frills program. The dresses were $180 in the store, $129 on HOB, and wound up being $149 in RK.

I ordered my BM dresses from them and they came in perfect condition. It was so easy to work with them. Customer service was always available when I had questions.

I'm going to order my gown from there. The price was just not one I could pass up. I've contacted them twice with my concerns and each time I received an email back from them within 24 hours. They seem to be great. I also checked out their BBB record (it's for a store in Chicago and its suburbs) and it's impeccable. There was 1 complaint in the past three years and that was resolved. No complaints in the past 12 months. For a business that deals with very fussy brides, I think that's pretty impressive.
