One girl here(sorry can't remember your name)called it House of Hell!!!!!!!! She was sooooo right! I placed a simple order, on March 4th, for a lingerie set and a pair of bridal slippers. This is not a dress or a bridal gown, and it should NOT take 4 weeks-2 months. They were quick to charge my CC. When I called 2 weeks ago, they told me the 10 days had not passed...BS It had been well over the 10 days, I was told to call back in a week. I call back, I get put on hold then phone hangs up. I've tried at least 5 times to call this place and get nothing but the dial tone!!!! WARNING: BEWARE OF HOH!!!!!!!!!! I will try again...and I hope to hear from an actual being! Will keep you posted.

I also placed my Mothers Dress there, and can you beleive I ordered it about 9 months ago, it was a Jasmine Dress, they took my money if full, then I call after 5 months they tell me I never place an order, so I tell them, thats funny, you sure charged my card and I paid for expedited service, then after three weeks of stressing out, they found the order, tell me about 2 more months and it should be in, well get this, I call them after 2 1/2 months and get this, they cant find my order, then I flipped out on the phone, demanded to speak to a supervisor, well she tells me, we never ordered your mothers dress, as we dont even have a contract with Jasmine thats signed yet, its due to be signed sometime this month, well why the hell did you take my order, take my money, waste all my time and have us hoping and praying it would be here in time. Well girls they advertise Jasmine Dresses on there site and get this, it states call them for the prices on Jasmine, as they cannot advertise prices for them on the internet......So now my mother who is elderly and quite sick had to get another dress, we finally got one, it is very pretty but now have so much alterations to do and I have nobody who can do it, I need someone who can go to her house and fit her there as she is not well enough to get out of the house right now, take about a stressing bride....HELP, AND GIRLS STAY AWAY FROM HOUSE OF BRIDES, THEY ARE A WEDDING DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN TO SOME SWEET BRIDE....

I was thinking of ordering from a few of the online bridal sellers, but I was wary, so I contacted Casablanca, the maker of my gown. They put it very diplomatically, but basically told me NOT to buy from any of the online sellers--and I mentioned a bunch by name--as they've heard of problems from all of them, from hysterical brides without gowns. Decided it wasn't worth saving $100!

OMG....now you're scaring me b/c I ordered my dresses online through a store in PA... I was guaranteed delivery by May, now I don't even know, and ALL my girls paid!

Hang in there girls, its just the house of brides thats a disaster, but its always good to check up on your orders every month or so just to see what the status is.....

One of my BMs was pushing me to get them from there because they were $30 cheaper but I really wanted to get them from Fantasia so we did. My mom is covering cost of alterations to make up for it. I'm so glad I didn't go there!
