HOUSE vent

ive been telling my fh for months that we need to look for a house and i dont feel comfortable living in his parents house, bc its not MY HOUSE

.....well neway hes been saying im crazy im crazy im family, think of it as ur house

.....well we were going in the pool w/ his sis and bf adn i brought my dog in the back yard not realizing their dog was back there(they dont quite get along bc his parents dog isnt fixed and just wants to hump her haha)......

and he yelled at me to bring her back upstairs and i got upset and while yelling he said its NOT MY HOUSE, we're renters

And all i could say was THANK YOU bc hes right its not MY house but it is HIS house.....i wanna live somewhere that is OUR HOUSE

awww. Just remember the famous phrase from 'my big fat gree weeding' ---> the man is the head of the household but the woman is the neck, and the neck can move the head to whatever directions she wants

the key is persuation and right words at the right time

Look, I love my FILs but i wouldnt wanna live w them.

Take some time. Maybe do some research on your own for places to live and then talk to him again about it
