Ok seems alot of us are looking, and i had told some ppl i would send them listings of good deals...so i figured i'd make a thread and this way others can post great deals they have seen to help others out and who knows maybe we can actually help somebody find something. I'll post a few things i found, some i wont post bc i want it to stay on the market for just a little longer so i can try to get it lol...hopefully others will post too
since ive been looking at apartments ill post alot of those, but here is one home that is a good price for the area, i know where this home is and its very nice locatio...rest of the things i'll post will be less money since theyre apartments
that is nice and good price...i am not good with all LI towns, some i know about and some i don't...hopefully someone can answer this for you...are you looking to move to LI?
I'd like to but it won't be for awhile anyway, I go to school in the city and I don't think I'll be graduating until next May
so are you gonna stay in bayside where you are for now?

it does look like that...some of these ppl seriously though i dont know what theyre thinking, i said it in the thread yesterday but ive seen soooo many listings and the places are all dirty and messy. Ive seen a couple of places and the kitchen sinks are FULL of dishes, clutter all over, theres times ill like something but cant tell what the space really looks like bc they have so much junk...why do ppl take pics with kids toys all over, clothes on the bed or just messy in general

yea hate that too! i even went to a few open houses and they looked like that..your trying to sell the house for gods sake not make people run away!
