Ok seems alot of us are looking, and i had told some ppl i would send them listings of good deals...so i figured i'd make a thread and this way others can post great deals they have seen to help others out and who knows maybe we can actually help somebody find something. I'll post a few things i found, some i wont post bc i want it to stay on the market for just a little longer so i can try to get it lol...hopefully others will post too
since ive been looking at apartments ill post alot of those, but here is one home that is a good price for the area, i know where this home is and its very nice locatio...rest of the things i'll post will be less money since theyre apartments

you know what i hate, seeing pics of places and the pictures are such a mess. People take pics of a kitchen with a sink FULL of dishes and the house just so cluttered and messy. Sometimes it has so much stuff that you can't even really get an idea of how big the LR or BR are. I don't know what some of these ppl are thinking. Clean up a little before taking pics

hahaha yeah i saw one yesterday and the lady was in the pool waving to the camera lol...and then you'll see a couple sitting on the couches posing for the camera or ppl sitting at a kitchen table lol. But the mess or just real cluttered apartments bothers me so much. We need to send that show 'designed to sell' over to their house

nope! not silly bonnie..kitchen is definate...and also the bathrooms!!! no way i would want to have that redone just moving in! i made sure in every house we saw the bathroom and kitchen were perfect! lol another deal breaker is if was the biggest house on the block..that lessens the value of the house..
oh thought of 2 more things..it has to have an eat-in kitchen! and high taxes are also a deal breaker
i agree with this one! oh and i want a basement

I don't know if you girls know, but there is a feature on mlsli that e mails you new listings as they come on in your price range and other criteria you set. So if you are looking for a house with a certain number of bedrooms for a certain amount anytime those come on the market you get an e mail daily....I have a place but i still get the e mails. I find it fun to look:) oh ya and you can specify an area too:)

I LOVE the bathroom for this apartment...and the buyer also throws in the 50 inch tv and bose system you see in the pics lol, not bad hahaha

yeah the floors are gorgeous...i also like the rest of it, its very different and has a bit of retro feeling to it along with modern. And its in forest hills, just pointing it out to you since you asked me about FH
