houses and apartments for sale

Ok seems alot of us are looking, and i had told some ppl i would send them listings of good deals...so i figured i'd make a thread and this way others can post great deals they have seen to help others out and who knows maybe we can actually help somebody find something. I'll post a few things i found, some i wont post bc i want it to stay on the market for just a little longer so i can try to get it lol...hopefully others will post too

since ive been looking at apartments ill post alot of those, but here is one home that is a good price for the area, i know where this home is and its very nice locatio...rest of the things i'll post will be less money since theyre apartments

yea patchogue is pretty far east..which is why these houses are so much cheaper

unfortunately theyre not choices were gonna go for lol, in a few years...well the whole living in an apartment thing i dont mind at all and i do want that for us at first and it will help to clear all our debts to have low payments...Fh has been clearing his school loans and cc's now and he'll get there soon, his credit cards are almost all paid off now except one.


thats smart!! you don't want to be further in debt..thats one thing fh did we set a limit of what we could afford (we worked out all the math) and thats what were getting..we don't want something we can't afford..


yeah i didnt know i was in debt until recently lol, i have real old cc bills that came up that i even forgot about and they were sending it to my old address, and you would think since they messed up for about 3 years of sending it to an old address that they would act different but NOOOO!!!! luckily i personally don't have much, right after the wedding im just gonna pay it all off. But we want to stay in this area and an apartment is the best choice and we both dont want to get too domesticated at first so it helps lol, not that its a bad thing its just our own choice lol. But yeah just like you said, i dont want to sit here and pay so much a month, i mean even if we can swing it doesnt mean i want to put so much every month, i'd rather do other things with the money the first year or two of our marriage, be a little selfish before we have kids lol

YUP it really did lol, well i am sure it did i am too scared to even look at what it is now ... it just pisses me off bc honestly its not even alot, one was like $2,100 and the other was just under $2,000 so its not like i owe god knows how much and its not a big deal but these ppl just act like jerks, and honestly they dont even know what they're doing, i sent in a check and they still months later sent me notices and added interest, i called them to say W** i took care of all this and the lady gave me an attitude and then checked records and saw that i did
