Maybe try some new foods. Think about your favorite foods and then try to modify them to make them low point. Whenever I hit a plateau it is usually because I am sick of the same foods. FM me if you want some of my favorite low point ideas! Good luck!

thats! great ideas on here!!

do you girls do the exact high end of your points every day?

I think I went too low for a while... now I am screwed up ( ha ha- and starving)
I feel nervous to eat ALL those points everyday??

I am a creature of habit and I generally eat the same things through out the week. I always have either a WW muffin in the AM (delicious) or a coffee and than for lunch I eat the same htigns during the week but switch it up and dinner I tend to eat smart oens quite often b/c the points are on there for you. I save my books that I write the points down in and I remember a lot.

As I lose weight and my points lower I am using up most of them give or take I try not to use the 35 snack points u get for the week. (This week I did but Aunt flow is coming )
