Re: How are you...
For someone who has not sent them out yet, what is overwhelming you? That you have too many?
I am sending out all my invitations from an excel spread sheet. I am making a column of yes or no. In the yes im putting the # of people coming.
Thats how I will be organizing it.
Also, Im going to add a collumn at the end of the address. For the wedding I will just put down what they gave me. That way I dont have to hunt down addresses and mate that with gifts for the thank you cards.

Re: How are you...
to keep track of the ones coming in i made an excel chart i got from diy brides. Everyone has a number and that corresponds with the back of there rsvp. And as i get them in i check off. I can email you the chart just fm your email address.

Re: How are you...
I bought a box specifically for RSVPs--one side for yes, the other for no. It alphabetizes each side as well. Also, I'm keeping meticulous track of how many yes and nos I have on an Excel spreadsheet that I set up. I finally learned how to do sums on a spreadsheet, so it's automatically calculating as I add people!!!

Re: How are you...
I've just been throwing them in a box or keeping them on a table. I can't bring myself to throw out the envelopes yet... they make me too happy!
I have a huge columned spreadsheet I write in checks or X'es as soon as I get the responses so that's my master list.
69 YES
15 NO
so far.

Re: How are you...
I just did a stack for yes and one for no's. I have a spread sheet on the computer that I am using and its so much easier than trying to find the cards.
