Ok, I know we've discussed this before, but never with a poll. I thought it would be really interesting to see how everything pans out.
FH and I had an extra long engagement so that we could save money, and pay for everything up front. Nothing wrong with paying on credit, it's just not for us.

Re: How are you paying?
We are paying for everything except the reception and the rehearsal dinner. Getting the reception paid for certainly helps a lot though !!!

Re: How are you paying?
My parents are paying for 'half' of what my budget is. FH parents said they would help also...but I have no idea how much that will be. As someone said earlier...I'm not counting on it until I see it. So, FH and I will pay for the rest...basically I will since I make most of the money :)
ETS: I bought a house before I met FH, so we don't need a down payment right away...until we want/need a bigger place.

Re: How are you paying?
We are paying for everything up front with the possibility that my grandparents might chip in for the brunch.

Re: How are you paying?
My mother paid for the traditional wedding expenses (limo, flowers, catering, invitations, postage, band, ceremony site, organist, make-up, hair, etc.). My mother paid about 80% of the tab using her savings. The rest of the wedding expenses about 20% were from DH and myself. I paid for my bridal gown alterations, headpiece, veil, bridal slip, stationery of programs, program ribbons, champagne flutes. We paid equal share for favors, ceremony baskets, foam boards, guest book and memory book.

Re: How are you paying?
fi and i opened a joint savings account. SO far everything has been paid in cash- my dad is giving me $5000 and a brunch the next day- his money will go towards balance of vendors with what we have left in bank.
the balance of the hall will be paid with our taxes + some. Our balance will be about 11,000. the honeymoon will be put on cc but his parents are giving us $5000 and that is the balance of the honeymoon. they are also paying for our rehearsal dinner.
so most of our wedding will be paid for in cash with the exception of our tings and honeymoon. not bad for a couple who
planned it in less than a year who live in an apartment have bills
I have to say I am proud we did it mostly on our own. Its a good feeling!

Re: How are you paying?
My scenario wasn't included in the poll. My parents are paying for a third. We have the rest of the cost burden. I redo a budget every month and STILL have no idea how we are going to pulll this off.
