How long have they been swollen? Are you getting your period soon? Sometimes my glands swell up right before my Aunt Flo for some reason.
The good news is, they hurt.. if they were swollen & didn't hurt then you'd be in big trouble.
I would hang out for a day or two- (especially if you're getting your period) and then go to the doc if they don't go down.

I usually get that right before my period too. If your really worried give the doctor a call to help ease your mind!!

It might be a clogged sweat gland. I know those hurt when it happens

ouchie I don't know, I never heard of that but feel better. Can you put warm compresses on them/under them?

I have been occassionally getting this since high school. It was scarey at first, but they determined it was my lymph nodes. they recommended I take Vitamine E too,,but I don't. they can be tender at times. I only get it on one side though.

if it hurts it is usually period related or clogged sweat glands or even an ingrown hair however if it does not go away soon I would call the Dr. When that happened to me he said if it hurts its not bad it is something infected which can be resolved I dont know if this helps ,hope it does.
