looking for a way to attatch cookie cutters together - thinking welding....any other thoughts or places i can bring them to get them done ASAP??

i have a dog treat company and need to mass produce a large number of biscuits for the emmy awards.... i bought like 100 of my cookie cutters i use and i need to somehow 'put' them together.

how solid does it need to be after they are put together?
A tack weld might work, but it will change the colour of the metal.
