The next time it happens, say 'Was it good for you?'

I would politely say something about your privacy and theirs, but say it to the same sex member of the couple.

I wouldn't want anyone hearing us. Ew!

Just politely say - would you tone it down with the screwing already ??? What do you have a porno set going on up there????

My FH's daughter once asked us, when we first got together, and when FH was living in a 1 bedroom apt (we slept in the living room - they took the bedroom) if someone was doing jumping jacks in the middle of the night last night....

How's this......

Hey guys….

I hate to be a pest, but wanted to know if you guys could be a little quieter in the middle of the night. We both have to be up for work at 5:30 and over the past few weeks we have been woken up on several occasions at around 3 am. Hope you understand.

Thank you.

sounds good!
