How close is your bacholerette party to the date of your wedding? Do you think doing it the week before your wedding is a bad idea?

bridal shower was 2 months before

bachelorette party was 3 weeks before

Yup! This exactly, and I'm getting married 2 days before DCGirl, so yea, about August 18th, i think...

mine was april 16, my wedding is may 15, so about a month before...I do think a week is too close one of my bms caused major drama, i have no spoken to her since and still dont know if shes gonna be in the bridal party........these events can cause all kinds of problems you never know, i'd leave time
