How come my chat avatar pic won't change?

How come my chat avatar pic won't change?

I keep going into my account, checking the box that says 'delete my current chat avatar' and uploading a new pic into the box, but my pic won't change!!!!

What am I doing wrong?

Same with me...but it is only on my computer at home. Everywhere else it is a new pic!!

I am glad i wasnt the only one, i was so tired of looking at my old avatar, kept deleting it, but when i put in the new one until i saw in a post that you had to hit refresh, too bad it took me almost 2 days to figure out that meant the icon on the computer, i was looking all over my keyboard for a refresh key
