I chose mine by calculating when I was going to get my period..so I avoided the week that I was going to be getting it lol...one of the worst things to happen to a bride is getting her period..right girls???

we based it on our anniversary and the time of year we like best
We both are not big fans of the heat and love the fall weather. We really wanted October and due to paying for this on our own, we needed to keep prices down as much as possible. Having it in November was much cheaper and when we found out the Sunday before Veteran's Day was open, we booked that...hopefully people are off that day.
We wanted May and since we are going to have a 'wedding weekend' we decided memorial day for the extra day off
ITS OUR TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY AND IT FELL ON A SATURDAY
Well we got engaged in May and financially, I couldn't pull it off in under a year, I didn't want a summer wedding cause I'm cranky in the heat. I love them, but not for me. I want October, but another family member is that month, so I figured early Sept. We chose labor day weekend to make it easier for out of state travelers, but it seems they are all complaining about it. They made comments right away.. Oh well, u can't please everyone. We're happy w/the date and thats all that matters!
Exactly. We have to do what makes us happy, right?
I picked my birthday. Cinco De Mayo!
I love September so I picked the middle of the month and chose the 15th.
