How did FH ask his groomsmen?

that's probably what mine will end up doing. im trying to give him ideas that are 'manly' hahaha

FBIL: 'you know that i dont approve of marriage and i think that it ruins lives but if my brother had to marry ANYONE i guess i am glad it was you'

FBIL: 'i'm the best man?'

FH: 'of course sh!thead!'

i asked fh if he had asked his brother to be his best man.. and he said i guess so? im like what did u say?

setting: bathroom at the top of the stairs FBIL in bathroom doop dooping FH at the bottom of the stairs.

FH: 'hey @sshole?'

FBIL: 'what? im taking a sh!t?'

FH: 'Your going to be my best man right?'

FBIL: 'i guess so'

according to FH this is how it went i think its hysterical! i wish it was that easy for us girls!

yeah, my brother had no idea he was in the bridal party until someone asked me who was in it in front of him and he heard his name. My FH assumed he knew he was automatically in (we have been going out for pretty much forever and they are pretty much like brothers already, but STILL)
I think he also asked one of his friends via text message.

im doing something cute for my girls so i wanted him to do something too other than just blurt it out...but i guess its just a guy thing : )

FH's groomsmen are his cousins, and his best man his brother.

so he asked them at christmas dinner at their grandparents house...

according to FH 'all the women folk were misty eyed'.. and the guys just shook his hand and agreed.

he also asked his 13 year old cousin.. when it was explained to him.. his only concern was dancing with one of my girls...

im sure he will feel differently about them once he starts highschool next year.

and our ring bearer... just wants to ride in a limo

Fh just did his bestman he is holding out on a groomsmen i think because he wants to piss me off IoI He asked his brother in law to be his bm (he kinda raised him since fh's father died when he was 8 and mother died when he was 12). It was basically over a guinness and for fh a bud light and he goes wanna be my bestman f-o? And his brotherinlaw said: If you didn't ask me i would leave a big bag of poo on your dorstep and set in on fire.

I'm not telling you! you have to wait and see! i dont know if he is going to do it this weekend because he obv didn't prepare!!!! i dont even know if joey is going to show up so that would defeat the whole purpose! i on the other hand am still doing my surprise...that u know nothing about

well he asked one of his friends....not sure how....

then we were at grandma's house for thanksgiving or christmas or something and he started telling my brothers about something for that day (i dont remember what it was just something i didnt want them to know for some reason) and the convo continued like this

Me: Babe...stop...you are supposed to ask everyone...we haven't done that yet

FH: I think they know they are in our bridal party

Me: Well we haven't asked anyone yet...so shhh

FH: Guys will you be in my bridal party?

My Brothers: yeah

FH: There, now I asked them.


so as you have seen from all the stories, I dont think guys think of it as a big deal like we do. So I'm letting FH ask them when he wants how he wants and not worrying about it!!!
