Just be glad!
Ha ha ha.
But WW increases your metabolism... so that might be it.
Also, ww allows you to 'cheat' every so often.

one little slip up still doesn't erase a good week!

Well you are allowed to cheat every now and then on WW! Congrats

SOmetimes it takes time for your body to catch up to changes in eating or exercise. So since you fell off the wagon for the chinese food just make sure you get right back on and there shouldn't be any major pound change. Dont make yourself crazy over one bad day of eating. I lost 30 on WW and have kept it off for over a year now....and believe me i have had bad weeks....its all about keeping it in check

thanks girls. Im still new at this weight watchers thing (only 6 lbs down) so I dont know all the ins and outs yet.

I did get right back on the wagon this morning. I got to the gym before it even opened. lol I was ready to go!

I ate more than I usually do all last week and I dropped a pound. I think if you're not eating enough food or enough variety, your metabolism slows down. Maybe the chinese food kicked it back into gear! It also takes around 3-5 days for weight gain to show up so if you completely pigged out and ate an extra 3500 calories one day, that extra pound won't show up for a few days.

if you were right back at things then dont even think about the fact you ate the chinese.....you ate had fun...and moved on. THat is exactly what WW would tell you. COngrats for getting back on track today cause I am always slow on the get back on track thing

Congrats!!!! You are allowed to cheat every once in a while on WW so I think they take that into account when they give you your points breakdown.

It's ok!! At least you have the will power to keep on going!!! I lost about 60lbs on WW 2 years ago and I've gained back about 5 lbs without consciously trying. I still would like to lose another 50 and just can't do WW anymore--my head's not in the game!! That being said- more power to you!!! Keep up the great work!! Keep tracking-- even the not-so-good things, and you'll be fine!!! :)
